Oil pulling.

I had never heard of this until Wednesday when I went to purchase some sesame oil off Amazon.Someone had left feedback for the oil and explained what she had used it for.At first I thought it was some kind of kink until I googled it.Just type in, oil pulling.
I have only done it for three days and my teeth are whiter,my gums have stopped bleeding when I brush my teeth and now I am just waiting for baby soft skin and for my minor ailments to disappear.
Maybe worth a try?

    I LOVE sesame seed oil!I love the nutty taste it has when I use it in cooking (like stir fry) It is soo expensive here in the stores, never thought about going on Amazon to see if I can get it cheaper. Did't know about the benefits either! Thanks for the info!
