Today's challenge is: Front alternating dumbbell raise
Let's do 25 of arm for a total of 50 of them.
Use what ever you have or feel comfortable with as weights.
You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.

I'm in! This is the first challenge I've seen that I can actually maybe complete! (of course, I stopped really looking at them cause they were all like "run 5 miles... on your hands" or something I had no hope of completing at my current level of fitness) :happy:
