Is the BIG picture a little overwhelming?! If so then please join me in the group that I just created for people like me and you who need a little extra support along the way. These message boards are GREAT for support and answers to questions!! However sometimes it's nice to have a smaller more intimate group where you can get to know people's names, learn their stories, and support them along their journey as they do the same for you too!! You know this thread is making me pretty depressed seeing the big fat 0 on my ticker. I had lost close to 20 before going off the wagon and gaining it all back. ::sigh::
