Activity Level or Exercise?

Ok, I have been helping my sister at her very busy restaurant 2 days a week by waiting tables. I run like crazy (15 tables on my own) for about 4 hours straight, no break, no sitting, no time to use bathroom! Anyway, I have my activity level set to light, or whatever is the 2nd level and noticed that the 3rd level includes waitress in its description. My question is this: should I count these 2 days as exercise? or should I change my activity level? If I change my activity level, it changes my amount of weight lost per week - and I KNOW I am not going to lose that much. So for 5 days a week I fit well into the 2nd activity level, but am I pushing it to count it as exercise? If so, how do you think I should count it? If I estimate walking at a leisure pace (which is WAY less strenuous than actuality) I get some crazy amount of calories burned so I usually put in about 300. HELP!!!??? I don't want to end up gaining from this!

Leave it set to light... consider the extra cals you burn on those particular days a bonus.0

I completely agree with mommamccoy. Because you're only doing that two days of the week I would recommend you not change your settings. If you do, you'll be out of balance for the other 5 days of the week. I would count some of that as exercise and just use it as a bonus.0

That's what I thought, but I didn't want to add as exercise if it wasn't really. Thanks for the help!0
