I am going to start posting my Spinning playlists and workouts for those of you who spin @ home like I do and like to keep it motivating to get that workout in (yes, even when we don't feel like it). I think fun tunes are a MUST for a good, motivating and fun workout...plus, the best part is...it goes by WAY FASTER if you enjoy the music!

Thanks!! I plan on getting one at home very soon and would love to have some ideas for workouts!
  • You are welcome! It was well worth the money to purchase the spin bike...especially if the weather is bad and/or I am not feeling like I want to excersize...I just pop on one of my playlists and get my butt on my bike...and after one song I am usually motivated to get a 40 minute workout in!
