Sorry, this one is killing me, What the heck is DF? Im assuming it has something to do with significant other, but I dont get the D.F. acronym?

    Dear Friend maybe? Not sure either but that's the only thing I could come up with.

    I have seen these short forms before, DH for dear husband is pretty common. I don't really understand the need to but "dear" before it. I would hope that maybe the fact that your husband or friend is dear to you is implied by that person just being your husband or friend. But maybe not :laugh:

    I always get called this, but i the first word is usually "Dumb" and the second word rhymes with Duck.

    Yeah, I see it a LOT on here... must be Dear Fiance.
