40lbs down, 80lbs to go!

It's like one of those "spot the differences!" photos. The before is from February 2012, a month before I started claiming my health and life back. And the other is from today, October 13 2012! Still a long way to go, and 40lbs on someone as big as me doesn't look like much in the mirror -- but photos do speak volumes to me.

    You look great! you can so tell the difference cause im bigger too and i've only lost 36lbs that may not seem like alot to some people but it is to me and i have to take pictures to be able to see my progress... but keep up the good work.

    thanks y'all! It is a lot of hard work but it is totally worth it. It is a slow progress but I know if I do it this way it is more liable to stay this way and be a true lifestyle change instead of a quick fix that I fall off the wagon too easily. I am getting healthy for me, my husband, and my baby boy!

    40 pounds gone is a huge accomplishment, bet that little guy your holding does not even weigh that much. Just think of that much extra weight on your body now gone...keep going!
