calorie counting

how do you eat all the calories you are suppose to . When i eat half the calories i get full and still have almost 600 calories to go. I need some suggestions.

    eat a big breakfast... oatmeal, some nuts, some fruit... that's my breakfast.. and its filling and heathly.. i learned that from Banks! lol

    If you are not used to eating so many calories, try eating calorie dense foods like nuts, nut butters, avocados, full fat dairy. You don't have to eat as much volume to get the calories in.
