I set up a fb group a couple of months ago. We had 12 people but now down to 3!!!
We are a friendly group to help and motivate each other.
Anyone is welcome to join
However, due to past issues, all we ask is that you agree to communicate, motivate and support each other and post your weight once a week.
Hopefully see some 'new faces' shortly xx

    I'd like to join the group for some motivation and the Xmas challenge. My name is Patty and I've been losing weight for only 2 weeks now and down 5 pounds. Struggling with eating on my plan when eating away from home. Everything is SO tempting. yesterday, I thought I chose low-cal foods and chalked up 454 calories. I guess, looking back, I wouldn't have chosen cheese, fruit and veggies. It would have been all desserts!

    ONe of the ladies here from MFP originallly started the group. Basically its a group of people who encourage and motivate each other. TRy to help each other. :D
