Hello! Day One on My Fitness Pal

Greetings from Maryland! I found the My Fitness Pal on my Iphone and thought I would give it a try. When I signed up, I did not realize it had so much to offer. I think the calorie tracker and the support of all of you out there will definitely make it easier to reach my goal. I look forward to sharing this journey with you.

I would love to find out what you are eating everyday. I am trying to stay on a 1200 calorie a day diet and will quickly run out of menu ideas.

    I found MFP the same way (iPhone), and am very excited about what it can offer for everyone! I have ben on weight watchers for the past 6 weeks, but my trainer at the gym wants me to start counting calories instead so here we go! Today is my first day as well! Best of luck to you!

    Is there something that you like to eat that is especially delicious and low calorie? I am looking for ideas.
