Hi,

Unfortunately i don't have the ability to log my weekly exercise and food intake! But I just wanted to post a picture of how i was before and how i am now! Still a long way to go till i reach my ideal weight! If it wasn't for the support of people on this site, I don't think id be where i am today so just wanted to say thank you to everyone too, before shot was on my birthday 28/01/2012 and second was from start of September.

Keep up all the hard work guys, you'll all get there in the end!

    Thank you everyone, its only looking back now, that i realise how much risk i was putting my health in. It was seeing everyones success on her that kept me going, with the support of my best friend too :)
