keeping track of calories burned?

How do other people keep track of the calories they burned while not doing cardio for example when you are doing lunges or squats or push ups?

    If you search "weight training" "weight lifting" or "strength training" under cardio you can log the minutes there.

    Heart Rate Monitor or like others have stated calisthenics in the logs.
