Down 25 lbs since May with pics!

Hi all!

I wanted to share my story with you guys! At the beginning of May, I found myself eating an entire tub of ice cream. This was the catalyst that made me realize that I HAD to make a change in my life. I started eating clean (1200 calories/day with MFP) and exercising 6x a week (Turbofire, Insanity, 30DS). Since then, I have lost 24.5 lbs!

Before: 142.8 lbs, size 8/L
Now: 118.4 lbs, size 4/S
