Just wondering how many people are from Southeast Missouri on here. I'm just wanting to lose 10 to12 pounds. I'm giving myself till May to do it. I have never been big into counting calories until I realized I was eating more than I thought. I did P90X last year and gained some good muscle mass but I was eating to much. So I am trying again with a restricted diet, so we will see. Anyone else doing P90X, would like to here about your results.
