Food diary

so i need a little help... i have been eating pretty bad lately (still losing weight though because of my workouts) and ive decided to start eating better... sooo i finally used the food diary and realized im not eating enough... if i were to eat what ive planned to eat im barely eating 1000.... sooo can someone give me suggestions on stuff i should add i know i need more fiber but what else... and i burn about 1000-1200 calories 5 times a week at the gym... thanks...

    eat some good whole grains, avacados, nuts, even peanut butter - these are higher in calories, but still in the good fats.
