    Hi, my name is Sheila i am 43 and I also new to this site. I am so glad that I was introduced to this site it is sooooooo much help with tracking daily meals. I began my journey on 10-8-12 and I did measurements tonight and I have lost a total of 12 inches I did not weigh myself I will do that tomorrow morning.
