Need to skim time off 5K... advice?!

Hey guys!
I need to skim 2minutes:20seconds of my race time for a 5K... any suggestions? the course is really hilly so it'll be difficult. I NEED HELP!

    simple. train for a longer distance and sprint some short distances! So run 7km at a nice pace one day. then rest, then run 3km fast, then rest. then 6km at a nice oace again, maybe rest and 2km sprint. Just mix it up. and you will find some speed. But 2mins is a big ask! tho if you're taking 40 mins to do it, it'll be easy!
