    That's a 1/4 of my strength routine gone then. The easiest way to describe a deadlift is a picking up a heavy barbell from the floor and standing up, with straight arms, and putting it down again. Brilliant exercise if done correctly. A credible gym would not ban an exercise like that. What a bunch of muppets.
