Mid 20s with high weight loss goals

I just recently started using MFP and have already lost 6 pounds so I think I'm doing pretty darn well!

I'm a 25 year old mother to a toddler. I want to get in shape and lose all this extra weight for both myself and for my son.

My ultimate long term goal is to lose about 140 pounds. Obviously that's going to take a long time, a lot of commitment, and a big change in my relationship with food.

I'm looking for other young moms or anyone with similar weight loss goals who are interested in helping to motivate and support each other.

    I can def relate. I'm 26 with a toddler as well! Young moms have to stick together. We can do this!

    I've got two little ones, it can be really tough when I'm around my carb-loving kids... What a wonderful little incentive you must have, though. 6pounds already! Now just four more, and so on! Celebrate each increment, and you'll get there!
