Face fat?

What is the best way to lose that? Because im OK with my body but not my chubby face :(

    You can't target fat loss unless you get liposuction.

    You just have to lose body fat, and it'll come off your face in due time.

    Cut more calories.
  • You can't spot reduce fat you just have to reduce your overall body fat %.

    this gave me such a chuckle at work...

    I've heard that doing 15-20 cheek puffs a day can help by strengthening the muscles in your face... just puff your cheeks out throughout the day?

    I chew with my left side and I feel like is slimmer than the side...
    So I guess chew gum? Use the muscles more?

    Dammit, everyone already beat me to it. This is one of those questions that you just can't help but troll a bit.

    I was going to go with "open and close your mouth and eyes repeatedly with mini-weights attached, and make sure you do 5x5 on the ear wiggles."

    haha, I didn't even realize I was losing face fat until people pointed out to me. And then I saw it in pictures.
    Also, chin-ups.
  • I have a fat face too. I find that when I lose weight slowly through exercising, my face looks more defined and less chubby. Fast weight loss or weight loss only through dieting makes me look like a lollipop at the end of it. I lose weight from the body but not the face.
