I feel the same way. i'm 5'5, and when i was 165 lbs, i cheeks looked sunken in. Although I held the extra weight on my thighs/butt, I'm not sure how the rest of me would look. Less than 150 is healthy BMI, i even hate saying it out loud but i do have very wide bones, can see it in my hands and feet, so i'm not convinced. Fortunately I don't measure my success by weight I struggle with chronic pain and it has given me great challenges in all daily parts of my life.

I'm currently a US size 8/10 and would like to be a 6/8. I can fit into some clothes I wore at 147lbs now, so I guess I am heavier due to the fact I work out with a personal trainer and have muscles, whereas back when I weighed a lot less I did purely cardio, and didn't eat enough. I reckon at around 158 I'll be the same size I was 10 years ago at 147! Any thinner than that wouldn't suit me as my face starts to look gaunt, and at 35 I'm more aware of starting to look older!0 -
