Taking stock

I've been loitering around here for a couple of months and after reading some very inspirational and moving posts decided to say hello.

I've managed to move about 2 stone since the end of July logging my food on MFP and increasing my levels of activity. I've been hovering between 17 and 18 stone for a few years and finally hit 18 dead in July at which point I realised that I had to make a change now or it was going to get increasingly difficult as I get older.

So now my goal is to get down to a lean 83.5kg (approx 10% body fat) and stay there.

I try to hit the gym 3 times a week and I am trying to get out and run 15-20km a week , but life gets in the way a bit. My biggest achievement since starting this healthy lifestyle is going from been able to do zero pull ups to been able to do 6-7 and hopefully 10 soon.
