Hi there, I've been lurking and occasionally logging for a while and have now decided I need to make a serious go of this and shed the weight before it's there for life!
About me? I'm a 41 year old mum, with two part time jobs. I enjoy dancing, cycling and watching motorcycle racing.
I've got 20lbs to lose and am going to do it by upping my cardio exercise (cycling 30-40 mins every weekday), making time for some toning exercises every day and cutting back on snacks and processed foods, and of course logging it ALL on here to make sure I'm heading in the right direction...
I used to be on WLR but got fed up with the sniping on the boards, and have heard you're all lovely on here so I look forward to chatting to you and sharing hints, tips and hopefully success stories soon!

Welcome! MFP has worked very well for me and my friends. I just met my goal this week, in time for my 40th birthday. It's changed my perspective on what it means to be healthy! You will do great!!0
