40lbs shed - Now the real diet begins!!??!!

Oh jeez.

I have lost 40lbs and had hundreds of compliments. --->>> For which i am eternally great full.

I am still in the YELLOW range on the BMI and need to loose & keep lost 15lbs

I have gained and lost the same 5lbs for the last 6 months & right now i feel like giving up.

Uber stale mate -->> help help help --->>




PS. the yo-yo dieting is back & the over-eating too. = too upset right now! & after so much success :(

    Hey Fitness Pal,

    I know exactly what you mean. It may be time to change your diet a little more and make your exercise a little more challenging. Our bodies are very extraordinary in that they not only adjust to the changes we make, they also adapt. When you first start your weight loss journey at 250 lbs., your body seems to lose weight almost immediately when you restrict your calories and start an exercise regimen. Well, when you lose 50- 60 pounds, your body no longer loses the weight as easily as it once did. Try a new exercise, maybe even do a 14-30 day detox and you may be able to kickstart your metabolism back into high gear.

    I think you look absolutely amazing and we are so proud of you. Just remember that failing is not an option, just keep trying and success while not ignore you!
