How to track softball?

So I'm playing on a slow-pitch rec league softball team tonight, and I don't know how to track it! Much of the time is spent standing around, but there's some running and moving of arms. There are two games tonight, so I'll be playing from 6:30 till around 9:30. MFP is clearly wrong on the calories burned, here - can I get any help with an estimate? Thanks!

    I also play softball but I don't track it. I consider it a bonus or fun activity. I would still do my own cardio on top of the softball game becasue as you said you do quite a bit of standing / sitting. Just think how much faster you will run the bases when you hit your goal weight! Have fun and good luck!
