Slug and lettuce nutritional information?

Hey guys!

I'm determined to be health and I have to go for dinner tonight, I can't find any nutritional information anywhere for slug and lettuce! Any ideas how many calories and fat is in a chicken, bacon and avocado salad (no dressing)

Help

Thanks xxxx

If Slug & Lettuce doesn't provide nutritional data, you will have to give it your best estimate. As for the salad, again you will have to estimate how much of each ingredient is in the salad and log it individually (e.g. 2 slices of bacon, 100 grams of chicken, etc.), as how would we know if your salad had 2 ounces or 2 pounds of bacon?

    MMMM BANANA SLUG!

(Banana slug slime mimics dentist-type anesthetia...or so I hear. I am too chicken to try it out!)

My first thoughts on reading the post title were "if there is a slug in your lettuce, you shouldn't eat it"

Google tells me it is a restaurant. As for your salad, as the previous poster said you will just have to estimate it. Watch things like cheese & croutons that restaurants like to put on salad....

the database has some slug & lettuce food in, but not everything i dont think.

i would go with a best guess based on the ingredients as someone else suggested.

Ask for nutrition info. at the restaurant. We've had wait staff look at the boxes/bags the food comes in. You'd think they'd at least know how much of everything is in it...how else would they be able to make them consistent?
