Fort Minor's Remember the name really gets me motivated.

Songza [internet radio] has a lot of work out mixes that are very motivating.

I personally listen to music separately, as in, I "Listen to music" I don't listen when working out, or on the bus, etc. Hope you find something to motivate you

Honestly, I listen to things I don't normally listen to.

Ke$ha, 3Oh!3, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga....Panic! At The Disco. Those are all my upbeat ones, I believe.

Another thing that'll get me going is listening to music that's all "rraaaahhhh... i hate yoouuuu" stuff (...i used to love that music, too...). Like, not the legit heavy metal, but...punk rock? Idk what it's called. Like Three Days Grace, for example. It's not upbeat, but every now and then it makes me feel like I need to prove myself. To what/who? I have no idea. But it gives me that extra umphf when the upbeat music doesn't cut it.

ETA: Oh, and I'm completely in agreement to Fort Minor's "Remember the Name". Best thing ever for someone who needs motivation.
