    u look great. U don't look like u weigh 210. I also have a long journey. I want to lose 80 lbs and have lost 17 so far in 5 wks. If it wasn't for MFP I don't think I could have done it either. Keep up the good work

    It is possible when you're extremely overweight. I've been losing a steady 2lbs per week, which I know won't continue as I get smaller, but it's been working so far. I work out between 4-5 times a week, cardio mostly. I eat most of the same foods, but alot less. Watch my sodium intake which includes little to no fast food :) I log everything in my diary if you want to look and get an idea of what I eat.
