In need of Mini Workouts!

Im a full time nursing student and a mother of a 3yr old..my life is pretty crazy! I usually go to the gym 2-3 times a week however it doesn't seem to be enough. Im in need of some at home mini workouts that I would be able to throw into my day. My days start at 5am and usually end around 1030 when i crawl into bed! Long days!- i know! So any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh also I do not have a treadmill at home. Thanks everyone in advance!

Do you have iPhone or iPad? There is couple of free apps to download. Ranging from individual activities, 10 mins, 15 mis to 45 mins workout. All done at home. Try Nike Training Club, Gains Fitness.0
