I know its not an impressive mile but I walk / jogged through it every other lamp post switching off.
Its the best time i've made so far! This only pushes me to do it faster

    Awesome job girl!! I need to get out there and walk some more! My only problem now is the weather here, I should save up for a treadmill :)

    That's great!! Now you have a personal best to beat :) Keep up the good work and you will see results! I have to tell myself this every day I work out. Every time I work out, I try to push myself a little further (even if it's only a couple minutes longer).

    Thats great!! Thats about my time on a treadmill except your outside with slopes and different terrain whereas mine is just flat so yours is way better.
