My job

I wondered if anyone could offer advice. I know normally you would just take into account the job you do, when saying what kind of lifestyle you have.

My problem is I only work part time, 8 hours a week at present, as two 4-hour shifts. Does that count enough to add to part of my lifestyle?

The work I do involves moving stock and putting out deliveries, carrying crates/boxes etc, and at times I do feel it requires a good bit of effort, sometimes increasing my heart rate and causing me to sweat. I was just unsure how to incorporate it into what I put in here.

Thanks to anyone who can help!

I'd just log it as exercise (only when your heart rate goes up, & you sweat), and set activity as 'lightly active' or equivalent otherwise.

I wouldn't count it unless you're already in great shape.
