Need a little Help

Fell of the ball hard of the last 3 weeks been busy being a new student at school and new position at work, looking at quick dinner ideas and some time help plus if anyone knows how to import Rushfit on this app going on day 4 and would like to put it in my exercise.

    Hi.

    I don't know anything about rushfit so can't help you there. For quick meals try to plan in advance, precook and freeze some meals if you have the time on the weekend. I really enjoy salmon and buy either fresh or frozen salmon patties, they do not take a lot of time to cook and taste great. When I am in a big hurry I always have some tuna fish hanging around, a can of tuna mixed in with salad is a great replacement for dressing and does not take long to make.

    I also make sure I always have some fruit around so I can grab an apple or handful of grapes when I am heading out.
