Side stitches :(

Hey guys! I keep getting these side stitches when I work out... pain (usually) in the left side of my lower abdomen. My good friend suggested eating a banana a day, warming up, and deep breathing while working out. These stitches are extremely discouraging, as I want to keep exercising and have got plenty of energy left, but can't. Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know why this happens or how to prevent it? Thanks a lot guys. :flowerforyou: :ohwell:

Ive had that happen while jogging hills. Normally I run on a flat surface so maybe the fact that my workout was especially hard contributed to the side stitches. My diet that day was in my normal range. I just stopped jogging, walked slowly and the pain stopped after about 30 seconds.0
