Hi!
This past weekend, I have been eating my meals 100% from scratch. How do I go about putting the calories into MFP? I know it is super easy when I am eating processed food.
Thanks in advance.

add the ingredients used in the total recipe... tell it how many servings you got and it will portion it.
IE my pretzel recipe is 2400 calories total... makes 12 pretzels or 200 calories per piece, along with all the other nutritional info from the ingredients used.0 -
Under the Food tab there is a recipe tab. Click on that and then enter new recipe. You can then add all the individual ingredients.0
