Just wanted to say Hi!
I'd like to lose about 30 pounds and the hardest thing for me for overcome is my late night binging. I can be on such good behavior during the back but around 9 o'clock something just takes over and I can't stop myself and go eat a big bowl of cereal and then some ice cream and maybe some chocolate. BAH!
I know it's bad and I know I'll regret it but it's almost impossible to just push the urge away.
Sooooo yea. That's my big problem.
Thanks for reading!

You should try to really watch the actual amount of calories that you're eating while you're using this site...
You could just not be eating enough throughout the day and your calorie consumption could just not be enough for your body.
.
You never know...
Wishing you the best of luck!!
Feel free to add me if you like. I love to encourage people and help them.0 -
Hi and welcome to myfitnesspal! I've been using it for a while, but not as consistant as I'd like. It has been a while since I've had a late night binge which is great. Have you thought of trying to do something else to keep yourself busy? Why are you binging at night? There has to be an emotional reason behind it...or something! See if you can figure out the cause and let us come up with a solution together!0

I have the same problem, Little 'un is in bed, and we're just watching telly and chilling. I start getting peckish too about 9:30ish.
Solution for me? go to bed instead! I'm no more or less hungry in the morning for the late night snack.
Plus - the kid'll be up at 6:30 AM anyway...0 -
I do that sometimes. I see it as more of a comfort thing. Like hot chocolete when it's snowing. I just like to sit down and eat somthind delicious and watch a good show. The only cure for me is to find something active to do, go to bed and/or make sure there are healthy snacks.0
