My motivating tips would be to login in every day!
Log all of your food so that you know what you are eating!
Dont be to hard on your self if you have a slice of pizza or two!
Make it a point to move every day!
Be accountable to yourself and make sure your MFP friends help you also!
Just stay with it, is the big thing. Sometimes you wont see the scale move for a few weeks but it will eventually start moving. The scale will be your enemy most days but your clothes never lie! I love MFP and login religously. I live seeing all of the success stories but I constantly have to remind myself that everyone is very different and lose weight differently but we all have two things in common. We excercise more and make healthier food choices.
