I'm in for a quick lunch time break from my desk. 12 floors in my building should be enough stairs.

Count me in ~ I started at 5 minutes for those who are new to this and worked my way up to doing 30 minutes daily on the stair stepper with a 35 pound weighted vest! It can be done. Yeah~

I did 25 leading off with each leg (50 total) on an 18 inch bench, but will try to "run the stairs" too today!! :smokin:

Done! Once up and down the 12 floors of my office building was just over 15 minutes. Thighs feel like rocks, but I can't say it wasn't a good thing to do. Dragged 2 co-workers with me too and had a nice little break from the desk.

I'm in too!! I have 27 flights of stairs in the building I work in! Game face is on! I try to do at least 12 flights a day if I can get up there! Great challenge!!! :-)

I work on the 5th floor and take the stairs 3-4 times a day. I haven't seen the inside of the elevator in about three weeks. I committed to taking the stairs.

I'll shoot for the 15. I don't want to cut myself short. I can't get discouraged though if I don't make the full 15. Thanks for the motivation! :)

Love your mini challenges. Gives me that added boost to do a little more. Keep them coming please.
  • Going to do this also! I wish I could see these forums from my phone. I don't get on desktop very often. I need encouragement so feel free to add and motivate me:) I have lost 33lbs since gaining weight with my kids that are now 6 & 5! Yikes I know! 40lbs more to go!
