Working Out with a Toddler?

Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can work out while simultaneously watching a 17-month-old. I work full-time (8a-6p, M-F) as a nanny and I find that by the time I get home I'm exhausted and can't bring myself to do more than whatever that day's C25K workout is, but I know I should be doing more.
Are there things I can do WITH Little Guy?

If you doing the C25K put that baby in a jogging stroller and go! It will also tone your arms. If you are in an area where its getting to cold for the baby outside then if there are stairs then walk up and down several times, lunges across the room and back, have the baby sit on your back and do push ups, get creative.0
