On Pinterest, I saw a pin that said, "It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice." This has been so true for me! Each of those things happened right on time. This morning marked 13 weeks and I'm finally in onederland for the first time in 3 or 4 years. Everyone that knew me before notices the difference without me saying a word. My jean shorts are loose and my pajama pants fall right off! I'm so happy, and I know I won't be giving up this time.     That's good to know (the time line not the pajama bottoms, but I have to admit mine do the same thing) I always wonder how long it will take for people to notice the change. Although I don't see it as much as others do. I see the same old me. I guess when I lose a hundred or more I will notice a change. Congrats and keep up the great work.

    I think this is the first time I've heard this but it's true! Just last week, I was excited that some old pj bottoms fit/were loose. And I don't even know why I wanted to try them on! Oh, and I have been on MFP for a little over a month :)
