    So today is my exact 9 month mark! I wrote a blog today about my experience so far, but decided to post a couple of my most recent pics here! So here it goes, and here's a link to my blog post:

    I started out at 220 pounds. I'm 5'4". I don't have any proper before or after pictures, but what I do have are pretty awful:

    This morning I weighed in at 163.6 for a total loss of 56.4 pounds!
