How do you block people?

On here? There are alot of people I'd rather just not see their nonsense. I know you can do it when they send you private messages, but there has to be a way to do it in general, no?

    I believe it's like this:
    when you see their picture on the post there's a little arrow. Click that for the drop down box and hit "ignore user"

    See that arrow next to your screen name? Click on it and blocking should be an option.
