My Fitness Coach Club calories ?

Hi,

I have started using my fitness coach club on PS3... its very good, however as it doesn't show calories like other fitness games. Im not sure what to put in for workouts in my daily log?

Anyone have any ideas?

    Get a HRM! Or what kind of stuff are you doing on there? I have no idea - is it like jumping jacks? Running in place? etc. You could log everything separately.

    I've never played it, but you could add cardio and browse the database. Perhaps it's like circuit training? If it's just weigh lifting they have that listed under strength training. There should be something in the database that fits. It will automatically calculate the calories burn according to your account stats/info.

    there are sit up routines but in database they dont use any calories, surely they must.?

    ** Edit, sorry found vigorous sit-ups in database, but i wouldn't say the ones in the game are vigorous...
    Should i just estimate this ?

    its a good game

    in 30 min cardio = 300 calories (In most of the exercises)
