This is for all the guys out there... Im getting tired of the same protein / snack shakes. My usual is to blend vanilla IsoPure protein with some frozen mixed fruit and juice. Kinda high in sugar I know....but any of my boys out there have any suggestions for me to mix it up? Always looking for new ideas.

    Purchase a different flavor.

If you're looking for something similar to isopure, there is a brand called VPX that makes a zero carb protein, and I hear that the graham cracker flavor is very good.

Way to just ask the guys :-P

I've been hooked on a pretty simple one lately:

I scoop- Optimum Nutrition Vanilla Ice Cream Why Protein Powder
    1.5 cups- Milk (I usually grab 1%)
    Cinnamon to taste

I find it to be delicious, and the added protein in the milk is a plus.

I don't drink a lot of protein shakes but when I do the one I use is Ultra Peptide Lemon Creme Pie flavor, the shake alone taste awesome, kinda like lemon creme girl scout cookies.

Don't make a shake. Google "protein powder recipes" and you'll be surprised by the number of things you can put protein powder in.

UMP Cookies and cream is really good. Low sugar and carb.
Oh Yeah premade shakes are great too... low sugar and carb.
GNC's 100% whey Chocolate Carmel is tasty as well.
