ON FITBIT FOOD PLAN PAGE IT SAYS I CAN EAT 214 MORE CALORIES OUT OF 1800,WHEN I GO TO CALORIES IN VS OUT PAGE ON FITBIT IT SAYS I AM IN THE RED ZONE BY 85 CALORIES. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?CAN I EAT MORE CALORIES AS FOOD PLAN PAGE SAYS OR AM I OVER MY CALORIES?

Im not sure... maybe you should ask on the fitbit site? I dont mean to be snarkie.... but if it is a question about the fitbit?0

I disregard what it says on the fitbit site and go strictly by what my food diary here says I have left for calories.0

It means you haven't been active enough or burned enough calories.0

Read this. They changed the way the fitbit adjustments get added to MFP today. It's at the bottom

Also keep in mind, if you are using the FITBIT and you are exercising, those calories are already calculated....you don't enter those.
You can start an activity log of those exercises. The only exercise that you enter into the FITBIT are the ones that you cannot do with a FITBIT on. :-)
If you do enter them, it will through off all your numbers and will make your calories burned ALOT higher and therefore inaccurate.0
