I'm wondering what the best way to do this is too... I've just been taking the average pace of my 30 minute trip on mapmyrun, and then choosing that pace under cardio exercises. So today I did 2:1 jog:walk, and covered 4.2 km which was something like 5.2 mph. Not sure if this is the most accurate way of doing it though. I hope so, because I just had a hot cocoa with those calories.0

When I did it I just used a heart rate monitor then entered it in as my own exercise0

It's cooling off here in FL, but the heat is still on the oppressive side, so I've just been doing my runs on a treadmill and recording that number. Not sure what I'll do when it gets cool enough to run outside, though. I want a Fitbit or other HRM, I just can't afford it right now.0

I entered part of my time under walking and part under jogging. So 2 different lines that added up equals the total time.0
