I like to buy myself a new piece of work-out clothes every 10 libs I loose. It keeps me motivated when I have new items to work out in. When I reach my goal, it will be a real shopping spree..

I like to buy shoes because I know they will still fit when I lose weight. When I get to my goal, I want to get laser hair removal, bathing suits and a trip to someplace hot on the beach. It sounds super expensive but I feel like I have put in tons of hard work and have plenty of time to save.

I say a pedicure at one of those ? Great pick-me-up!

I think going to get a pedicure is a relaxing way to reward yourself. If you're short on cash, take a bubble bath, rent a movie, and lounge around the house all evening in a super soft robe.

200: Shooting - haven't done that in months! I miss it.
    190: Ropes course (http://www.wem.ca/#/play/theme-parks-attractions/ropes-quest)
    180: Bungee jumping
170: HALF WAY MARK - Krav maga class
    160: Horseback riding
    150: Paintball
    140: Hiking in mountains
    130: Register for Tough Mudder

Mine is built all around experiences that I love or will love.

I made a list of goals and rewards when I started this process 2 and a half years ago. I don't have the list in front of me right this second, but I think it's something like this:

    -5 lbs: New shoes
    -10 lbs: Sushi dinner
    -20 lbs: New jeans
-30 lbs: Trip to St. Augustine
    -42.5 lbs: $42.50 to spend on ThinkGeek.com
-55 lbs: Trip to Universal/Islands of Adventure (since revised to "Trip to Kings Island")
-65 lbs: Spa day! Mani-pedi, facial, massage.
-75 lbs: New car (I think I expected to have a car at all by this point...might revise this one too...)
-85 lbs: Cruise with my boyfriend

I think I might make the cruise the 75 lb reward because I think I'll hit that goal before I graduate in the spring; not too sure about 85 lbs by then. Not sure what the 85 lb reward would be, then.
