hey guys/girls

anyone who is in dunedin would like to hear from you and share infromation and advice on weightloss. i go to lesmills but not enough. would like to share in peoples goals of losing weight and getting fit.i personally need all the advice,help and support i can get.

    I'm also in dunedin. I go to Am I Fit 5 times a week and really enjoy it. Also now that the salt water pool is open I've added swimming in. How often do you get to lesmills
