Hi! I just graduated from college but did not put on weight until I turned 21 . Now that I'm at home, I don't drink but the weight hasn't gone anywhere either.
I am quite short, so even 10lbs is a huge deal for me. I previously did Weight Watchers and lost 20lbs. I was even a "lifetime member", whatever that means. Anyway, they kept changing points and I could not follow the program. Besides, I would rather just eat better than count points anyway.
I've had this thing for a year on my computer and phone and cannot get the hang of logging, especially exercises. I would like some friends to talk about building recipes and workouts and how to log them .:)
