New Member!

Hello, I am new to the site, today is my second day. I am hoping and find some good tips and even better support. I started a small goal of 5 lbs by November 18th but the ultimate goal is to be down 50lbs by this time next year. I figure that is a reasonable goal. My step son wants to do a 5k and I would love to be able to do it with him.
Please hit me up with any advice or support you have to offer!
