A friend (Physical Therapist) recently told me that in order to get our bodies in the best possible shape, we should plan our workouts around our weaknesses rather than our strengths. In other words men, who generally have more muscle mass, should do more flexibility training like Yoga. And women, who are generally more flexible, should do more weight lifting to better develop muscles. Any thoughts?

lol Not quite what I had in mind, but I am sure exercise in the bedroom provides its own health benefits. :D

Everyone should work on their strength -and- mobility, regardless of gender.
